Provider information
Providers are responsible for keeping submitted details accurate. Verification status records an administrative review of supplied information; it is not a guarantee of medical quality or treatment result.
Bookings and payments
A consultation request is not confirmation of surgery. Appointment, clinical consent, final price, payment, cancellation and refund terms must be confirmed with the provider unless a future marketplace transaction states otherwise.
Acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information, protect their account, avoid impersonation and not misuse the platform to publish unlawful, misleading or confidential material.
